Hostal Corihuasi

Our room had an amazing view and was so quiet. It’s a charming old house, just a three-minute walk from the plaza, and the breakfast was great. Definitely recommend it.

Breakfast got a bit crowded, and they struggled to bring the dishes, but that was minor. Our room had panoramic city views, it was very clean, and the shower pressure was good. A great hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. We recommend it.

You can walk to Plaza de Armas and Sacsayhuamán from here. The hotel is small and friendly, set in a lovely old building with amazing views over the old town.

The views from the rooms and dining area were lovely, especially after dark, since the hotel sits above the plaza. We also appreciated having coffee and tea available any time, which helped us warm up after being outside. Our room was spacious and warm, a big improvement over the cold rooms at our previous hotel in Cusco, and breakfast was great, especially the eggs. We arrived at night after a tour, exhausted and chilled from the uphill walk. Before starting check-in, the staff brought us warm coca tea, and that immediately lifted our mood. The hotel is an easy walk from Plaza de Armas, with cafes and minimarts along the way, and close to laundry service if you don't use the in-house option. Sachayhuaman and the Cristo Blanco viewpoints are nearby too. We really enjoyed staying here and only wished we'd booked it for our first day in Cusco.
