The staff were nice, breakfast buffet was good, and the rooftop restaurant on the 12th floor had a great city view. I was here with a tour group, and the stay turned out fine, but I wouldn't pick this location again. The rooms are dark, very dated, and have old-fashioned door locks that don't feel safe. Music outside was very loud until 3:00 a.m.; the railroad tracks are right outside, and the rooms aren't well insulated.

Most shopping was within walking distance, so the location worked well. I personally liked the bed and pillow. There was a fridge in the room, but it didn't work in two of our three rooms. The tiny elevator only travels up or down and doesn't change direction. It also broke down while we were there.

This was the worst hotel of our tour package, and I wouldn't choose it unless I had to. The room was spacious, and it was about a 25-minute walk from the main square, but those were the only good points. The room was old, the shower was difficult to control, and the towels and sheets were yellowish. It was the only time on the trip we used our own towels. On our second night, a Saturday, possibly a holiday, the rooftop bar played loud music until almost 2 a.m. We had to leave at 6 for the next part of the trip.

Not worth staying here. It's outdated, there's no AC or heater in the room, and breakfast is very limited. Service was declined, and no manager was available to deal with the issue. The staff were rude and ignorant. Apart from the view from the 12th floor, there's nothing here worth staying for.

We were happy with our choice and would stay here again. The rooms are a good size, and the shower was great. The dining room is upstairs on the top floor, with glass from floor to ceiling and good views of the surrounding area. The only hassle was carrying our bags up the stairs because there’s no ramp. Once inside, there’s a lift.
