The room was half finished and had no light bulbs. The sheets were dirty, and it seemed like nobody had slept in them before I got there. There was one towel for the room and no washcloths. There was no hairdryer, so my friend brought hers from home with a converter. The hairdryers were catching fire, the phones were giving electric shocks, there were no heaters or heat, and the elevators didn’t work. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It’s a waste of money. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

We’ll be back. The room was quiet, with a large, comfortable bed and warm water, and they packed breakfast for us to take along for our early start. Thanks!

The staff were friendly and supportive, especially Miriam at the front desk, who had a really positive attitude. The hotel is nice and good value for the money.

The staff were wonderful and everything was clean. There wasn't hot water at first, but if you wait about 15 minutes, it gets warm.
