Ita deserves a special thanks for the good vibes, advice, Spanish lessons, and more. The owners are lovely and do their best to make you feel at home. It's a relaxed, family-like hostel, and I'd happily return and recommend it.

We paid 45 soles for a private room with a shared bathroom. It's a cute little hostel, with a small kitchen, and the bathrooms were cleaned every day. We could also leave our motorbike in the garage for free.

The people working there are lovely, but I don't get the high rating. My room had ants the whole time and wasn't very clean when I arrived. The bed and pillow were hard as rocks, and there was noise pretty much all the time. There was no soap for washing dishes in the kitchen or in the shared bathroom, and nowhere to dry your hands in either place. It wasn't horrible, but I definitely wouldn't recommend staying there.

We were a couple traveling on two motorcycles and found the stay comfortable and affordable. The secure parking was useful, and we could do a little maintenance on the bikes. The shared toilets were reasonably clean and the showers very hot. San Pedro market was an easy walk for cheap, delicious food, and museums and tours were within walking distance too.

It's convenient for getting around, close to both the market and the main square. The rooms were neat and clean, and the bathrooms were cleaned regularly. The owners were welcoming and really friendly. Great value for the money, and I highly recommend staying here :)
