I stayed at this accommodation in Torres Kayser in 2023. The apartment and location were nice, but the host was unfriendly and unprofessional, and got arrogant when I invited my mother and a friend over. She tried to charge me extra for them even though they caused no trouble, made no noise, and broke nothing. When I pointed that out, she wouldn’t cooperate. She showed no respect for privacy, threatening to check security cameras to see who had visited and to speak with the security guard. I can’t recommend the place because of the lack of professionalism.

The place smelled awful, and the apartment was small, old, and run-down. The photos don’t match the actual property. The hostess was obnoxious, and the tours they sell were expensive and not worth the money. Terrible service.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and the rooms were lovely, spacious, bright, and really comfortable. Excellent aparthotel, cozy and comfortable.
