The view was no good, and the service was impolite, with little explanation and no English. There were no towels, no hot water, and no heat in the room. They also charged me twice. The worst accommodation I've ever stayed in.

The beds and blankets were comfortable, and from the top of the property you get good views of Cusco. The owners and staff were very attentive. Still, the rooms aren't heated, and it gets very cold at night, even in summer. The shower was tricky too, with weak pressure and water that swung between too hot and too cold.

The upstairs bar was noisy until midnight or even early morning, then started again around 6 am with the sound of things being dragged around. It was impossible to sleep. On top of that, upstairs rooms had no hot water after 8 pm, and after 11 pm or midnight there was no water at all, even from the taps. Unacceptable.
