The staff were kind and attentive, which kept me from giving this old hotel an even lower score. The rooms are dated and cold, with no heating. It's fairly near the main square, but on a busy road and beside a nightclub, so bring earplugs. There was also a strange sewage smell in the bathrooms.

The rooms were clean, the staff were nice, and the water pressure was good. The location was decent. Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, breakfast was okay, and there was some noise now and then, though it was mostly quiet.

The breakfasts were nice, and if your room is at the corner, the city view is lovely. The place is very outdated and has a lot of issues.

The hotel was comfortable and the customer service was good. It's a 15-20 minute walk from the main square, but sits by one of Cusco's busiest streets and junctions. Traffic is horrendous, with impatient drivers honking from sunrise. If you can put up with the noise, it's a lovely place.

The staff were very helpful, and reception is open 24x7. I liked the shower and breakfast. Rooms facing the road are noisy, and the curtains don't block out the light.
