Hilton Garden Inn Cusco

The location was good and came with a great view. Breakfast starts at 5 am, which I've never seen at another hotel, and it was very good. Generous check-in and check-out times and self-service laundry were nice extras. The hotel is big, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable, clean rooms and helpful, friendly staff. It's excellent value, and I really enjoyed my stay. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

From the hilltop, you get a panoramic view of the city, and the plaza is just a 13 minute walk away. The hotel was beautiful, with spotless rooms and a comfortable bed. Status members are recognized and treated really well. Erick at the front desk gave excellent service. I'd 100% stay again if I come back to Cusco.

The location made it easy to reach the city center, local market, and supermarkets. We also appreciated that oxygen tanks were available whenever requested, even at night, and the staff clearly go above and beyond for guests' comfort and safety. Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast and dinner had lots of delicious choices, all nicely presented. The staff paid close attention to detail, and they prepared a lovely birthday surprise in the room for my husband, which made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommend, and we'd definitely stay again!

The internet was too slow for work, and the connection kept dropping. Even the little inn in aguas caliente had better connection and service. The location was also really bad, up on the hill. They ignored my Hilton gold status. I tried to price match and was told there were no rooms available, but I could book on trip.com. It feels like a scam to get you to book at a higher price. Better to book a Marriott, where they'll at least honor your status.
