The best part is the people working here, who are really kind and friendly. Breakfast is included in the price and was good, I'd give it 7/10. You can make yourself tea and use the kitchen whenever you want. The place is comfortable, but cleaning should happen daily, and the bed needs to be softer. My back still hurts. I'd recommend it if those issues don't bother you.

The lobby and room were comfortable, and the central location makes this a nice spot for a night or two in Cusco. Breakfast came with coffee or tea, fresh pineapple juice, and bread with butter or jam. The receptionist was VERY welcoming and friendly, and free transport to the Cusco airport is a big perk. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work. I'd suggest providing towels and, well, toilet paper. There wasn't any in the bathroom.

It was clean and well located, but we couldn't relax here. We missed breakfast the first day because a staff member hadn't registered us, and at 12:43 AM the next day they woke us to move our car. Their garage fits eight cars in two rows, so cars have to be moved whenever someone arrives. A bar or pub also plays very loud music every night. Honestly, I don't recommend this hotel.

We stayed two days, and for the price, what they offer feels expensive. Breakfast isn't included, and music from a bar or something next door played all night and made it hard to sleep. Wi-Fi worked, but the quality wasn't great even though we were right by reception. It was okay in a pinch since we arrived at midnight and couldn't find anywhere with a garage.

The location worked well, and the service was good. My room was comfortable, though not one of the better ones, and breakfast was basic. The garage was the hassle: cars were parked in a way that meant if someone needed to leave, you had to get up and move yours, then put it back, and repeat as needed.
