Hotel Alli's House

We moved to another hotel because of these problems. The shower curtain was dirty and moldy, and some hooks were missing. We also had to ask for a hand towel. The TV didn’t work, and an electrical outlet was faulty. They charge extra for heating, and there seemed to be little concern about these important issues. The place was very unpleasant and dirty. This criticism is meant to help them improve, not to attack.

They don’t clean the rooms while you’re staying there, and there’s no heating. They even tried to charge us for toilet paper that they hadn’t restocked. Sometimes the building door is locked, so you can’t get into your room.

I had two separate problems getting into my room. At 2 PM, I waited outside for 40-60 minutes before anyone opened the hotel door. When they finally did, they were extremely angry. The staff were incredibly rude, and the service was terrible. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

I had a really good time here, and the food was delicious. Everything felt comfortable, and the hotel was spotless. The building itself is impressive, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.
