The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. Breakfast was a delicious spread each morning, ready from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., so there was plenty of time to eat before activities. They'd even pack one to go for early excursions. Such good value for what you get, I'd highly recommend staying here.

The location is perfect, with lots of shops, food places, and drugstores close by. We had plenty of hot water for showers, and the tea in the lobby was handy. Rooms are moderately sized, and the price is very fair. The 24 hour receptionist was great, and the staff went above and beyond to help us have a good stay. Excellent service, and I'd stay again and recommend it to other travelers.

The room wasn't bad, but I think they misled me when I arrived and said I had a prepaid reservation. They agreed at first, saying “si, si,” then asked me to pay at checkout. It turned out my reservation was at Casona Rimacpampa 1/2 block away. Oh well.

The way the staff judged us by our clothes left a really bad impression. They looked us up and down, and I had a very bad experience. I wouldn’t come back. They should have better-qualified staff.

The hotel is well placed for exploring Cusco’s cultural center, with everything nearby and easy to reach on foot. The price made the stay good value. The front desk service was good and the rooms were very clean, though the windows and doors felt a little old. Breakfast had limited choices.
