Everything felt fresh and well cared for, from the clean, roomy, comfortable rooms to the modern-looking hotel. The bar is cool, the dining area is excellent, and there's a well-equipped gym. The staff were really friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

We chose this place to rest, and the spacious spa king room had a comfortable king bed and a nice spa bath. They brought an extra blanket when we asked, and late checkout was arranged. The hotel is a long way from the historic center, which we knew before booking, and the area felt less touristy, so getting by was harder with so few English-speaking staff and locals. We enjoyed eating with local people, though breakfast was just okay, with fewer choices than at other hotels we stayed in Peru. The walls were thin enough that road noise and sounds in the air carried in, including barking dogs, honking cars, and passing planes. The windows also lacked blackout curtains. We tried the recreation room, but the bathrooms, sauna, ping pong balls, and pool table all seemed worn or poorly maintained. It is a beautiful place, but with what we know now, we wouldn't stay again.

We were heading out early on a few mornings, and the staff packed us lunch bags for the road. They also did our laundry, which helped on a three-week trip with limited luggage. The location worked well for our plans: we spent just one day in old town Cusco, then explored the surrounding area by car. That meant avoiding the heavy traffic most of the time and saved us about an hour on the drive to Rainbow Mountain. We'd booked six nights at another old-town hotel, but after one night my friend and I left and spent the next five here. It turned out to be the best decision for our vacation. The hotel had only been open six months, so it still had a lot of potential, and some areas weren't operating yet, probably because it was new and had few guests. Our room was huge, with two large beds and nearly the feel of a two-bedroom place. It was modern, and the bathroom was clean and roomy, with hot water the whole time. We were on a high floor, and the elevator always worked. Breakfast came with the room, with decent variety and enough for us. There's also a secure gated parking garage under the hotel with at least 15 spaces. We used the gym, which has massage chairs, showers, and a changing room, as well as the sauna and jacuzzi. The game room has ping pong and billiards, and the bar is a nice place to unwind in the evening. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. For the price, it has what we'd expect from a four-star hotel. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, quality stay.

The front desk team was wonderful, and they even arranged taxis for our trips there and back and called a doctor so we wouldn't have to go to a clinic. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. This was easily the best hotel I've ever stayed at, and it exceeded our expectations. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco.

The staff were a 10/10, always courteous and helpful, and the food and cocktails were amazing. I also really enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi and managed to get the water very hot. The place had only been open five months when we booked, so it has potential, but quite a few things need attention. Several items housekeeping should have stocked were missing at check-in, the minibar was listed but empty, and I wished there had been a microwave in the room. The booking listing didn't get all the amenities right, and there was no heat, which meant cold nights as fall and winter set in. After two days of cold showers and 45-minute Uber rides into Cusco, we had to make other plans. If you're planning city tours, Machu Picchu, or other trips outside Cusco, the location may not work well for you.
