The shower had good hot water and the toilet flushed, and there was a TV in every room, which surprised me. Breakfast was included, but it was just bread and coffee, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the halls or cafe area, not in my room. They don't take credit cards, which I don't understand in a tourist spot like Cusco. The front doors were always open, so my first-floor room was noisy. Most of the hotel was clean, though there was some gunk on the shower wall hidden behind the curtain when it was pulled all the way open. It seemed pretty cheap, and I still thought it was a great place worth visiting, especially if you know what to expect.

The hotel is across from the market and next to a police station, in a safe area with plenty of parks. I especially liked the breakfast: for 10 soles it was inexpensive and came with bread, ham, cheese, fruit salad, coffee, and more.
