Hotel Llaqta Wasi Inn

I left after the second night and wouldn’t recommend it. The staff, from reception to the kitchen, were rude, and the customer service was the worst I’ve had in a hotel. The rooms and bathroom were dirty, the toilet didn’t work properly, and there was little hot water. Breakfast was just coffee or tea, plus one egg and one piece of bread if you asked. Maybe it could work in an emergency, but only maybe.

It’s close to the city center, but the room had a sagging mattress and no shower curtain. The toilet paper holder was barely fixed to the wall, and I got just one towel that looked extremely worn. You had to slam the door to get it to lock.

The breakfast photos were misleading. We got one fried egg and one roll with jam, that was it. The Wi-Fi was poor, and the room was noisy, with a window onto the main street. There was no bathroom equipment, and for two people they gave us one small towel and one large one. The shower took forever to get hot. We paid $40 for one night for two, checked out the next morning, and found better places nearby for that price. Maybe that’s why it isn’t on booking.
