Cozy Room Cusco

The staff were lovely, and breakfast was nice. The place was clean and tidy, with a firm, clean bed. They also had complimentary tea downstairs throughout the day.

After long days exploring Cusco and the nearby ruins, this was a comfortable base for us. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, with a warm, cozy bed and a small but useful private bathroom. Cozy Room Cusco felt welcoming and had what we needed. We appreciated how helpful the hosts were. They shared local tips, arranged transport, and helped with laundry. Breakfast was included each morning on the top floor, with a great city view. They also offered tea 24/7 and kept our bags after checkout since our departure wasn't until later that evening. It's an easy walk to the main square and local shops, while the tucked-away location stayed quiet and peaceful at night. We'd happily stay here again if we wanted a relaxed, hassle-free place in central Cusco.

Jose at reception is such a gentleman, and the woman who makes breakfast is amazing. We loved this place more than the couple of others we've stayed at in Cusco. It was warm, clean, and really comfortable. They kept our bags for free while we went on a tour for a few days, and there's a laundry service too.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful with great service. There was no hot water, though. Getting up to the third floor with luggage was a bit difficult.
