Even with the current situation, Melanys Hotel kept strictly to the Coronavirus safety protocols, which impressed me. They still welcomed us and kept operating as a hotel, with comfortable rooms and excellent service.

For this price, there are better places. The service was terrible, our room's TV didn't work, and we could hear leaks from the bathroom all night.

Breakfast is included, and the hotel has all the amenities you need. It's in the commercial area of Huayruropata, with giant billboards around, but it's very quiet at night with no traffic or other noise. The main square is just 10 meters away.

There's a useful elevator, and it's a good place overall. But they don't bother to tell guests that breakfast is included from 7 to 9 a.m.
