The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were so kind and attentive. They asked if we had an early tour during our stay, and when we did, they prepared breakfast to go and had it ready for us early. Thank you! The hotel's also in a perfect spot, about a five-minute walk from the Plaza de Armas, restaurants, shops, and more. I highly recommend it.

The room was cosy and the location was great, but the breakfast was very bad. The buffet food seemed to have been left out for several days, so after the first day we went to cafes instead. The WiFi was pretty temperamental too.

Cute, cosy rooms and great service. The breakfast buffet was well looked after, with a great choice of local fruits, coffee, teas, and other delicious things. The guy did a great job keeping the tables clean and everything stocked.

We were just a few minutes from the city centre, which made getting around easy. The rooms were nice, and the staff did everything they could to help us. They even packed breakfast for our early excursions around Cusco. Would definitely recommend :)

The room was cosy and clean, and the hotel is in a quiet spot just a short walk from the historic centre. They offered tea when we arrived, though there’s no tea setup in the room. You can make some at reception instead. Breakfast was a little limited, and the reception area where it’s served felt a bit cold. The staff were helpful and packed breakfast for our early flight. Laundry is available, but there are cheaper places nearby.
