I broke a bone in my foot while hiking, and the owner went out to buy crutches and kept helping me get around. His wife brought me lunch without me asking, knowing I couldn't get out to eat. Then they both came to the airport with me, carried my bags, got me a wheelchair, and spent about 30 minutes speaking up for me when Latam wasn't going to let me fly with my foot. I barely knew them, and I don't speak Spanish. In 55 years I can't remember a stranger doing so much for me. Unbelievable. They also help a dozen local Peruvians by supplying food, rides, and other support. The place itself was nearly perfect too: very clean, comfy beds, hot water, and fresh, healthy food, much of it authentic Peruvian. The family who run it are the nicest people. What an amazing experience.

We slept incredibly well, the beds were among the most comfortable we've had, and breakfast was good. The owners are generous and very kind. A couple of things could be better: evening staff could use more training, since there were a few mix-ups, including at check-in. The shower temperature was hard to control at night, though that seems to be a Cusco water supply issue. Still, a great stay :)

A lovely family-run Bed & Breakfast, in a great spot with very good accommodations. They also made us a delicious breakfast at home.

Maria and Manuel made us feel at home in such a real, heartfelt way. Travel is about the people for me, and meeting them made our whole Cusco stay unforgettable. Each morning Maria showed us different fruits and vegetables and shared something about local life. When I felt unwell, she looked after me like family and really touched my heart. We owe a lot of our wonderful Cusco experience to Maria and Manuel. Highly, highly recommend ❤️

I had to head out before breakfast, so they packed a small lunch for me. The staff were friendly and helpful even though there was a language barrier, as they only speak Spanish. My room was nice and clean, and the location was very good. There isn't heating, but there were plenty of blankets. A kettle, tea, and free drinking water were available too.
