The staff were friendly, but seemed completely unable to manage the place properly. During our July stay, the rooms and common areas were freezing. The main courtyard was noisy all the time, from construction and from guests walking past our door to get to their rooms. The laundry service was a disaster too. They lost some of my clothes, and what they returned was still dirty. In Spanish, you might call this “un barco sin rumbo”, a ship without a direction. It was a horrible stay, one of the worst places I've ever been, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The price was very reasonable, and the room was clean, roomy and comfortable, with a TV and a hot shower. The owners were attentive and helpful, and they served a simple but tasty breakfast. I had a great stay at Inca Stone and would choose it again if I’m back in Cusco.

The blankets didn’t seem to have been washed properly, and the towels felt scratchy. Replacing them would help. Otherwise, it’s a lovely place with amazing, helpful service and a simple, good breakfast.

Breakfast was marvelous, and the staff were warm and helpful. The rooms and facilities were excellent too. It’s near the historic town centre, and we loved the place from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Cuzco. Highly recommend it.

The rating of 4.5 stars gave me the wrong impression. There was mold in the bathroom, and the roof window had no way to block the daylight. The front door stayed locked, so every guest had to ring a loud bell to get in, even late at night. Then at 06:30 am, loud radio music started playing in the courtyard.
