The hotel, room, beds, breakfast, and staff were all very good. My one complaint was the shower: during winter there was no hot water. Please fix that.

We arrived in Cusco to find the hotel shut, and nobody would answer the door. Since it's in the middle of nowhere, finding somewhere else at the last minute was difficult. I wouldn't book here.
