We loved our stay here. The staff were helpful and shared lots of useful information. One of the best hotels we've stayed in.

I've never stayed in a worse hotel. The shower didn't match the photos at all, its drain was clogged, and the towels were stained. Dust covered the sheets and blankets. There's no heating. They say heaters are available if you ask, but when I did, I was told the heater was broken. The service was absolutely terrible. The photos are completely unrealistic, and it's a long way from the main square. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Breakfast was awful, and the shower stayed cold in that freezing weather. I also wasn't told about the extra tax when I booked, only charged it when I arrived. The stay wasn't very satisfying.

The staff were attentive, but noise carried everywhere. From the 4th floor I could hear the entrance bell, and conversations from other rooms were especially easy to make out.

There was no heating in the room they gave me, and it didn't look like the one I'd booked. I also ended up paying 80 soles more in VAT.
