The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I also got my laundry back super quickly, and having Netflix on the TV was great. I enjoyed my stay!

The rooms didn't match the photos: ours had no heating, burnt-out light bulbs and a broken closet. It's also noisy with no soundproofing, and you can wait a long time for someone to answer the front desk. We had to call at least three times before anyone arrived. They added $50 in taxes for our 10 nights when we got there, too. For what the hotel offers, it's very expensive. I'd stay somewhere else.

There was no window in the room, the TV didn't work, and the internet kept cutting in and out. The breakfast was awful and the location was poor, right by a highway. The reception isn't open 24 hours, so you have to keep ringing the bell until someone shows up. They didn't even make the bed. They also charged a tax that, according to the booking voucher, wasn't due unless you were Peruvian or had lived there for over 90 days.

The photos didn't reflect what we got. Our room was dirty, the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and the hallways smelled awful. They charged us tourist tax even though we were exempt. It was a truly terrible experience.
