We paid for a service and hadn't even used all of it, but they still refused to refund us. The stay was already a letdown: when I got into the jacuzzi, there was a worm floating in the foam. That really made me question the cleanliness and upkeep. For what they charge, basic hygiene should be a given. I wouldn't recommend the place or choose it again.

We booked a room with a Jacuzzi and found a worm in it. Who knows what other bugs might have been there. The owner and her employee brushed off the problem, and the owner got defensive instead of trying to resolve it or return what we paid. Really awful service. I don't recommend staying here, and we can file a formal complaint if we choose.

The TVs don't work, there's no shower curtain, and the shower has no hot water. The service was terrible too, with customers treated badly. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The TV was out of order, and we couldn't get hot water. The way customers are treated was terrible as well. I wouldn't recommend it.
