As a young tourist, I had a very poor experience with the service. They directed me into their garage and said they had rooms, but then turned me away harshly, saying they don’t rent to young people.

The hosts were especially helpful with local knowledge. The owners and their descendants look after guests, and as people from the area they shared all sorts of tourist information about Peru, especially Cusco’s history and MACHU PICCHU. That advice helped me ride my motorcycle as far as Santa Tereza, just 10 kms from the Inka archaeology and the whole remarkable MACHU PICCHU setting. A great stay with excellent hosts. I felt at home here and had a really good time. The service was great, with everyone attentive and ready to help with whatever I needed. It’s a very good aparthotel, and breakfast was delicious, with local specialties.

We had early tours every day, and the hosts made sure our box lunches were ready each time, whether we were leaving at 4:30 or 6 a.m. They kept track of our itinerary and checked that we had what we needed. Really attentive service throughout.
