The night before our 3:30 a.m. excursion, a large party on the first floor kept going well past midnight. We could hear it clearly through the closed door from our third-floor room. The suite itself was dirty and poorly maintained, with no towels or toiletries, no hot water in the shower, standing water when we tried to shower, and a sink that wouldn’t drain. The jacuzzi tub took over 40 minutes to fill once hot water finally came through. When we tried to turn it on, it didn’t work. Staff had to go downstairs and flip a breaker, and then black debris shot out of the jets. We sent several messages asking for help, but eventually they stopped replying. The property was also badly misrepresented online: there was no spa, sauna, restaurant, or breakfast, despite those being advertised. It was a horrible experience, and I was extremely disappointed by how inaccurate the listing was. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms are brand new and modern, right in the town center and within walking distance of everything. Service was great too. When we set off for our Machupicchu hike at 4:30 a.m., they’d left a small picnic bag with water at the front desk for us to take along. Amazing, thank you.

The rooms are nice, but the service was terrible. Staff treated us badly, gave no explanations, and wouldn’t provide receipts. They should hire professional people who know how to serve guests.

I didn’t stay because the place didn’t feel right. I was looking for somewhere quiet to sleep while there was construction at my home, but they wanted to charge by the hour, which gave me a pretty good idea of what kind of place it was. A night costs 80 soles, far too much for what they offer. The rooms are cave-like, poorly lit, and have no hot water.

The woman in charge treated me terribly and even insulted me, then had to refund my money. I also found the service awful, there was no hot water, and she wanted the full amount paid in advance. The staff seemed like children. I wouldn't give this place even one star, let alone recommend it. It should stop operating as it is and just be a lodging house, especially with children working there. The woman was extremely disrespectful.
