It was a really bad experience, unfortunately. I couldn't get used to the room, which was only 10 to 14 degrees Celsius, and I got sick enough to end up in the hospital. There was no hot water, and I had almost no contact with the landlord since they barely replied to my messages.

The mansion in the plaza in Yucay needs to be cleaned and tidied inside. From what has been reported, it's still in a dispute with the owners, although the judge ruled in favor of one of them and restored their property. This place is in Yucay, Urubamba, and is part of a well-known hotel. It was wrongly linked to another institution.

The breakfast was small, but tasty and enough. My only real complaint was the shower's hot water, which didn't work well. The staff were friendly and helpful with tourist information, and the rooms were spacious, with a comfortable bed and warm blankets.

A comfortable, very affordable place for families. The owners were attentive and really friendly, and the service was good. It was also always very clean.
