A lovely family runs this place. I spent two weeks in Cusco and had such a great stay here. There's hot water, a comfy bed, a small kitchen, and a great location. They let you leave your bags for free while you go trekking. Highly recommended!
The managers are genuinely nice and help with whatever you need. It's quiet, clean, close to the center, and the rooms are well stocked with everything you need. On top of that, it's really cheap. Just a great place to stay.
We had reserved a night for three people and arrived exhausted in the middle of the night. The guy told us he'd given our room to someone else. He didn't even apologize, just said we could take a room at another hostel he knew. We had to get a taxi at midnight and go somewhere more expensive. This place can't be relied on at all.
The manager and receptionist were incredibly kind and helpful, and fulfilled everything we asked for. Our stay really went beyond expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with hot water all day and a great breakfast. The hospitality and service in cusco were the best. Highly recommend!
