A great spot to relax and enjoy the magic of Cusco, Peru.

I arrived at 11 PM with a confirmed reservation. I’d messaged someone beforehand, clearly told them when I’d be coming, and understood everything was settled. At the hotel, though, they said they couldn’t accommodate me and left me to find somewhere else by myself. I was traveling alone, arriving late in a city I didn’t know, and they offered no help or solution. Their behavior was deeply disrespectful, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable. I found it disgusting. I strongly advise against this hotel.

We stayed for a week, and the location made getting around easy. Buses drop you about half a block away, the main square is an easy walk, and Wanchaq market is roughly a block away and handy for food. The kitchen is available to guests at no extra cost, and the laundry service is very good. From the time we booked, we were treated well. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet enough to sleep well, and things were generally clean.
