RHOUSE Cusco

The layout made this feel like a home away from home. Our three-bedroom apartment had two bathrooms, a welcoming living room, and a spacious dining area, with a thoughtful, inviting design. It was spotless, well maintained, and had fresh linens. The staff were friendly and quick to respond from check-in through checkout. Booking RHOUSE Cusco at the last minute was smooth, with clear communication and quick confirmation, and the apartment had even more space than we expected. We're a family group of travelers from California, United States, and had a flawless stay. Everything was tidy and cared for. Elian at the front desk helped me right away with tablets, oxygen bottles, and advice when I felt altitude sickness after our late Friday check-in. We were visiting Peru for the first time to see Machu Picchu and tour Sacred Valley in Cusco, and Expedia offered RHouse Cusco for our family of five, including three kids. The staff were cordial and treated us like family. We enjoyed breakfast each day, and housekeeping kept the rooms neat and clean after our excursions. We had a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, and everything worked well. I highly recommend the hotel and would love to return with my family.

The city lights look great from here. It's far enough from the square to avoid traffic noise, but still close enough to walk. The kitchen area has a nice AB&B feel, the rooms are clean, and the staff are attentive. On mornings with early tours, they gave us a small breakfast bag.

Ille made sure we got to the train station after our travel agency failed to arrange transportation and we arrived late at night. Ellie had our transfers sorted out and even packed food for our very early trip to Machu Picchu. She's considerate and a real asset to the organization. The hotel is quaint, full of character and romance, and very affordable. I'd definitely come back.
