The staff provided good service, and the location is very good. Some products are chosen with sustainability in mind, though recycling bins would be useful. Several rooms have a dangerous step leading to the bathroom. The Wi-Fi could also be better: at times I couldn't connect to Rojas wifi 3 or 4, and it seemed unable to assign an IP address, perhaps because it was full.

Indira at reception was outstanding, professional, and willing to accommodate our special requests. We also appreciated the packed breakfast for our 5 AM departure. During our three-day stay, the hotel felt homely, with great rooms and a lovely atmosphere. The location is ideal, right next to the city center and handy for restaurants and shops. I paid for an extra night in the morning before leaving for a tour to Rainbow Mountain, several hours from Cusco. While we were on the way, the hotel messaged to say there was no availability and that they would remove my belongings from the room. I had confirmed and paid for that extension, so being left without a room at the last minute was stressful and completely avoidable. I never gave permission for anyone to enter or handle my things, yet they took all of them, including items outside my suitcases, and stored them until I returned. I expected more organization, respect for my belongings, and responsibility for a paid reservation. This was a terrible, very uncomfortable experience, and I don't recommend the hotel because of its unprofessional handling of the situation.

We had a comfortable, spacious, well-equipped room, with a great shower, hot water, and good pressure. The service was impeccable, and the team were attentive and helpful throughout. Breakfast was generous, with fruit, bread, scrambled eggs, and cold cuts among the many options. The excellent location, just a few minutes from the historic center, made it easy to explore on foot. I strongly recommend it for comfort, convenience, and good service.
