They don’t answer calls, not even to say there’s no service. The place is under construction.

The building was demolished, and there’s construction underway. This place no longer exists.

The hotel is less than a block from the Real Plaza Mall and very well located. It’s a welcoming place with spacious, comfortable rooms, and the service is top-notch. There’s also a restaurant and bar with a variety of tasty dishes and cocktails. Parking, hot water, and Wi-Fi are available.

The rooms are very nice, and the location is pleasant, though somewhat far from the historic center. Everything else was very good too, apart from the water heater, which takes a while to provide hot water in the shower. A very good hotel.

Affordable prices, a great view, and a good location. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the service is excellent.
