For 40 pen a night for two, we got our own bedroom, Wi-Fi, a shared bathroom with hot water and clean towels, and access to the kitchen and living room. Breakfast was included too. We only stayed one night, but the place honestly exceeded what we expected. The host was really friendly. It's still a work in progress and looks a little shabby in spots, but for that price we were very happy. The location is great if you don't mind walking uphill.

The manager seemed to know a lot about me after I booked, as if he had checked my social media. He knew things you'd only know by knowing me or looking at my profile online, which really creeped me out. Then, at check-in, there seemed to be no water in the hostel. His response was that you get what you pay for. This was by far the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. I'd strongly recommend avoiding the place, especially the guy working there. Please don't go here!

We had a lovely stay for the price, and the room on the top floor had a good view of cusco. Breakfast was great, though they take Sundays off and don't serve it then, which is okay.

We left because there was no water at all, not even for the toilet or washing your hands. The owner said that's normal for budget accommodation, though I'd never stayed anywhere without water. The rooms weren't clean either, and breakfast apparently wasn't served on Sundays despite supposedly being included. After we posted a negative review on Booking.com, the offended owner sent extremely offensive insults to my partner's private phone. It was unbelievable, and beyond the pale, that the owners apparently stalked her online to insult her. I wholeheartedly recommend avoiding this awful place.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the owners were so kind and helpful. Really good value for the price. I'd definitely stay here again.
