I stayed here in January 2020 and liked the hotel’s style, especially the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and white, and the wide windows with their pretty curtains made the room feel comfortable. The bed was comfortable too, and I slept well even with the traffic noise outside, which is to be expected. I liked the bedroom furniture and the local decorations around the hotel. The shower was comfortable and had hot water, and I was surprised by how many TV channels there were. Reception staff were welcoming. Right after I checked in, they quickly brought me toilet paper and a fresh towel. Prices were displayed on the wall at reception, my Genius discount was applied, and I could pay by credit card without an extra fee. The location worked well for my needs. Some previous guests had complained about it, but it depends on what you need: there are a few restaurants and banks nearby, and the hotel is halfway between the two bus terminals. A couple of things need attention. The bathroom ceiling needs repair and upkeep, and the tiles could be power-washed monthly to keep them looking clean and white. The hotel’s front door is awkward to open, with two small doors, and I hurt my hand trying to open and close them twice. The Wi-Fi stopped working around the middle of the night. Also, any visitor who wasn’t registered at check-in is charged an extra fee. That was a bit annoying since there’s no 15-minute allowance and nowhere comfortable for friends to wait in the lobby. Keep that in mind if you’re expecting visitors.
