It's clean and really nice, about a 6-minute walk from downtown.

The Wi-Fi was unusable, with the signal dropping constantly and painfully slow speeds. For such a great hotel, you'd expect decent internet. The rest was excellent: Gran Palma is super clean and comfortable, the staff provide great service, breakfast was great in the morning, and they helped arrange a ride to the airport.

The location isn't the best, but the room was clean and spotless. It was a very nice place and the service was pretty good.

Huancayo's a good spot, and the staff are great. Breakfast was acceptable to good. The spa and Jacuzzi are installed on the top floor but are useless, so they should get them working. The hot water needs improvement too. Mine ran out in the morning, and I had to shower cold.

A nice hotel with good service. It's not easy to find the same kind of place in the area.
