The location is good, and the hotel itself is nice. But the shower drains seem to be a problem in every room: the floor turns into a pool, so you have to shower fast. The swimming pool was closed too. I can only hope breakfast is good.

The park next door was lovely, though busy and noisy until 11 pm. Our room had good AC, but the hot water ran out around 7:30 in the morning, so shower earlier or later. Breakfast was understaffed, even though the staff on hand did a wonderful job. For the price, I expected more.

The hotel feels stuck in the 1970s, with a crumbling, dusty lobby and tiny rooms that barely fit a twin bed. I even spotted a cockroach. Staff seemed to ignore guests, and the WiFi kept cutting in and out. There's construction happening in the hotel, but they didn't tell us. Ask about the amenities before using them, since some may cost extra. If you want a grand stay that leaves you wishing you'd booked a budget motel, this is it.

The people were friendly and the free breakfast was good, but the room was small and dated.

We ended up on the fourth floor, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the room was. The service was excellent, and so was the food.
