The budget triple room was a last-minute fallback after a nightmare AirBnB situation, and I couldn't have been happier with it. It was clean and extremely spacious, the front desk was super helpful, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the shower was mostly hot. The building seems like a converted old castle, for lack of a better description, and really feels that way. The location is super convenient, just up the street from the Plaza de Armas and next door to Organika.

The wooden floors squeak, and you can hear guests leaving very early, so it can be a bit noisy. Still, the location is fantastic and the staff are super helpful and kind. The room was beautiful, with a kettle and a selection of teas. Breakfast had freshly made juices and very tasty coffee.

It's a quiet inn right by the Plaza de Armas, with plenty of restaurants nearby and all the attractions in Cuzco close by. Just be aware that the walk uphill from the Plaza to the hotel is short but steep. If you haven't adjusted to Cuzco's altitude, getting up there on your first day could be a struggle.

The staff were extremely helpful with our limited Spanish, and they let us store both our luggage and the leftovers from a huge meal. Everything was clean, and the beautiful room felt modern while keeping its history and charm. We'd definitely stay here again!

The rooms are spacious and classically decorated, and they're exceptional value for money. Breakfast is included, though it's just middling. Room service is high quality.
