For what they charge, it's expensive. The beds are lumpy and hard, with plastic covers that squeak whenever you move, so I couldn't sleep. You also can't head out for a walk because the door can't be locked.

Awful. There was no hot water, and nobody told us about the problem. The young man on the night shift was rude and unhelpful, with no empathy, even when we asked for a cup of hot water.

The place is quiet and does have hot water. The trouble is, they don't have a set rate and charge based on the customer. The mattresses are hard, too.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was good. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi: it's slow and barely reaches the third floor.
