Alpino Guest House

The owners made us feel like part of their family, and after seven months of travel, this was our favorite stay so far. At the same time, it's close to the city center, with shops just steps away for groceries, and a calm place to rest before hikes and other outdoor activities. There's a terrace with a great view where you can have breakfast. Our room was cozy, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, tables, and chairs. The bathrooms are nicely equipped and have hot showers. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and the owner is a mountain guide, so you can book hiking or climbing trips with him. They also rent a range of gear, including boots, tents, and crampons. We loved our stay. If you're in Huaraz, this is the place to stay.

The owners run their own agency for tours, trekking, and climbing around Huaraz and the Cordillera Huayhuash. Roger is an internationally recognized trekking and alpine climbing guide, and you can rent adventure gear and good mountain bikes there. The inn is peaceful and very family-friendly, with spacious rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and a good breakfast. It's about a five-minute cheap taxi or collectivo ride from the center, or a fifteen-minute walk. Highly recommended!

It's quiet, clean, and peaceful here. The owner is an excellent mountain guide with lots of knowledge and certifications in high-altitude mountaineering. The place is a little outside the center, but only about a fifteen-minute walk away.

The hotel was clean, with a terrace and kitchen, and the owners were attentive and flexible. They can arrange tours and rent out trekking equipment. It's about a five-minute drive or colectivo ride from central Huaraz. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.
