The room was clean enough, and the heating and cooling worked well. We also had a small fridge, though it had no freezer, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs and fresh bread, but the eggs weren't kept warm. They served warm milk with cold cereal, which struck us as odd. The room felt cramped for two people with lots of luggage, and the closets couldn't fit all our clothes. There should be folding luggage racks in the bathroom, since leaving bags on the floor isn't great. The shower took about five minutes to get properly hot, and we only got two bath towels each day, with no hand towels. I also wish I'd brought bar soap, since they only supplied liquid soap.

The room was modern and clean, and the staff at reception were friendly and professional every time we dealt with them. Breakfast was very good each day, and the service felt warm throughout our four-day stay. The location worked really well for us. We're planning to return in a few months and are looking forward to it.

We travel often, and we'd happily stay at qp Hotels again. The rooms were modern and very clean, the staff were excellent, and the amenities were great. We enjoyed every part of our time there.
