Dante and Antonia were the best part of my stay. They made breakfast for us every day, even before early tours at 5 am, and Antonia arranged tours at good prices with easy bookings, even when we asked just a day ahead. We could also use their rooftop. The hostel is right in the middle of Huaraz, beside the daily market. I’m not usually keen on hostels, but other travellers’ recommendations convinced me to try it. The private rooms are basic, and sometimes you have to wait five minutes for hot water. It turned out to be a great experience, and we’ll definitely come back.

My girlfriend and I spent four nights here and were very happy with the hostel and our room. It was pretty big, in my opinion, and the shower had hot water, though it took about five minutes to come through. The owners were the best part. They’re among the nicest people in Peru, and we loved how they treated us. I’d recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

Dante and his wife looked after everything and were always willing to help. It felt like staying with family. The hostel sits right in the lively city center, which made exploring and enjoying the atmosphere fun, but our room faced the backyard and was very quiet at night. We slept wonderfully. The room was newly renovated and well equipped, with a warm shower, a cozy comfortable bed, and a huge TV. Breakfast was simple and freshly made. They also let us arrange checkout around our bus trip. You don’t often get this much service, especially at such an affordable price. We highly recommend it 🫶

We had a private room with its own bathroom, and it was clean and nice. The hosts were so kind: they kept our bags during our 8 days on the Huayhuash trek, then let us take a warm shower and get organized when we came back.
