The hotel has a pleasant facade on Avenida La Cultura in Cusco, and getting there by ground transport is easy. Reservations need to be made ahead of time. The rooms come as singles or doubles and meet guests' needs. Everything looked clean and tidy, the facilities felt comfortable and welcoming, and the service was friendly and professional.
