Even though I got in late at night, the host was there to welcome me. I was given a room with phenomenal views, and the stay was comfortable, with really hot showers. Lots of places are nearby.

The terrace was a nice spot to relax, and the location worked well for being near the plaza de Armas. Management was nice enough, though I only really spoke with them when paying. I paid 25 Sol, which seemed fair enough, if not a standout deal. The place was pretty average for the price, similar to other spots in town. My room was private but a bit dingy, and I found a bowl with old food in the desk. The second-floor bathrooms weren’t very nice, though they did have hot water. The bathroom by the terrace looked better.

The rooftop has a great view, and the hostel was clean and quiet. The staff were helpful, the shower was really hot, and the place is nicely located downtown.
