I spent two wonderful weeks here earlier this year. The place is quiet and really nice, with beautiful design and landscaping. There’s a lovely garden with a hammock at the back of the property. Owner Gino was generous and helpful throughout. He gave me local recommendations, heated water for me in the kitchen, and took care of my other special requests. I enjoyed getting to know him and spending time in the peaceful space they created. I’ll definitely come back to Moyobamba.

When I accidentally left my AirPods behind, the owners chased me on a motorcycle all the way to the bus station to return them. That kind of hospitality says a lot. They’re incredibly kind and welcoming, and have decorated the hotel with great attention to detail. Even though I don’t speak much Spanish, they happily shared excellent tips about the area and recommended some amazing places to eat. If you’re after a peaceful, family-like atmosphere, this is a perfect place to stay.

The staff’s hospitality was fantastic. They went above and beyond a couple of times and helped us on our way to our next destination. We had a lovely night, with a good breakfast, a hot shower, and a room that felt large thanks to its high ceilings. The garden was quiet and peaceful too.

The host was really nice and helpful. He even arranged a coffee plantation tour for me and took me there on his motorbike. The place was very clean and modern, with a lovely garden atmosphere, especially in the evening.
