The bathroom lighting could be better, but the beds were comfortable and breakfast was REALLY good. Jorge at reception was great, and the restaurant staff were lovely too. When our hairdryer stopped working for a bit, they quickly brought us another one with a good diffuser. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend it!

Those few days here will stick with me. Everyone worked hard to make guests happy, and it made me happy just getting to know them. The bar staff were fantastic to watch, so warm and smiling while still working hard. I felt lucky to see how well they worked together. Thank you!

We (38 years old) had an amazing stay at the Bananas Adventure Hostel. The food was delicious, with lots of choice on the menu, and the staff were friendly and gave great service. Even the music was just right, not too much boom boom and not boring either. They also kept to the rest periods.

The place can get loud in the evening, but that’s hostel life, and it’s a fun spot. It’s in a perfect location, with large private rooms and great showers. The breakfast buffet was among the best we had in Peru, and we thought the lunch and dinner menu was the best in Huacachina. The bartenders were great too.

For our two nights in Huacachina, this hostel worked out perfectly. The bar and restaurant space felt cosy, and the food, both local and international, was delicious. We were surprised by how fair the price was for that quality.
