The bed is small for two people, and the windows do nothing to block sound. Since the hotel is on a busy street, you hear constant honking. During our four-night stay, the room was never cleaned. The shower head is terrible, and the water is only warm, taking ages to reach a passable temperature.

Many rooms face a busy street, though the rooms themselves are nice. The receptionists were extremely helpful: they let us switch to a room on the quiet side and gave us a lot of help with a medical condition we had.

The lady at reception was very helpful, and the room was clean. The hotel’s in the city center, so it can be a bit loud. The cable TV is all in Spanish. It’s not bad, and you get what you pay for.

The room-side noise from the main road and all the honking was a bit much, and the shower water pressure was weak. Still, the rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were really nice and helpful.

We spent two days in Ica and this hotel worked out really well for us. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the room was good value in a convenient location. There’s a Chifa restaurant nearby where we had vegetable soup. The portions in Peru are really big! I’m happy to recommend the hotel.
