The receptionists were very friendly and sorted out everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It’s close to Plaza del Sol and the Plaza de Armas in Ica.

Affordable and very clean, with good service for a downtown Ica stay. There’s internet, YouTube, Netflix, hot water, drinks, and toiletries. Very good accommodation.

Hostal Chaska is small but very pleasant, and the rooms look just like the pictures. I stayed two nights with my family. Michell Jarrín Pérez, the manager, was helpful and attentive throughout. I’d recommend it. Service: 9/10. Price: 50 soles, 9/10. Location: 9/10, near the plaza.

The service was awful, and I really wouldn’t recommend staying there. The owner was rude, yelled about things he didn’t like, and didn’t respect the agreed check-out time. His communication was terrible, and he always seemed to need to be right. It also seemed obvious to me that he exploits his employees, who were afraid of him. The treatment of staff and guests was awful, and the whole experience was terrible.
