I had a bad experience with the service. They haven't issued my receipt, and I now have to go there in person to claim the electronic one and ask to be reimbursed for the time and taxi fare. No one answers the phone number they gave me, which isn't even the hotel's number. The staff don't seem equipped to deal with customer service or issue receipts right away, either electronically or otherwise. I'll have to make the trip myself to file a complaint in the complaints book.

A night costs 120 soles, including parking, for a room with two double beds. The place was really clean, though the service was a bit lacking. There was also a lot of noise coming into the room.

I misplaced an expensive watch and tried calling, but no one picked up.

They let me have the room, but I had to be out by 6:00 AM looking for an ATM because they expected payment before 7:00 AM, when the receptionist was leaving. I couldn't use any of my online payment options, including Yape, Plin, or my credit cards. They wanted cash, and I didn't have enough on me then. The hotel is near the main square, in an unattractive area, and the price felt high. I found somewhere better, cheaper, and nicer the next day. There are better choices if you don't want to waste your money. Also, they don't supply towels or soap. Cheers.

There's no Wi-Fi or room service, and it gets noisy with couples coming and going. It's suitable for a short stay.
