We’re only here for one night before continuing to Nazca, and so far the stay at Villa Jazmin has been disappointing. The transfer from Ica bus station, arranged through Secret Escapes, was uncomfortable too. The female guide seemed more interested in selling us extra tours than helping us feel at ease or sharing useful local insight. At arrival, the two female receptionists seemed unenthusiastic and amateurish. We weren't given an introduction to the facilities or services, and had to ask for basic information ourselves. We’d hoped for a relaxing, welcoming stop, but have felt uncomfortable and unwelcome from the start. A genuine smile and a little attention would have made a big difference. The service hasn't met what we expected.

The setting is really calm, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. There are two swimming pools, plus a good restaurant and bar. The welcome was super friendly.

We spent 8 days here and had a great time every day. The food, rooms, pools, staff, and location were all excellent. Thanks for keeping the hotel in such good shape. We'll definitely stay again, you won't be disappointed.

The staff are so nice, and the rooms are very cozy. We loved the delicious breakfast, and the restaurant and pool were amazing. We even skipped a day of visiting to enjoy them, with the best Hawaiian salad, drinks, and dessert. A great oasis near Huacachina.

I really enjoyed the amenities 👍🏻. Just keep in mind that you have to climb stairs to reach your room. It's not a great fit if you don't enjoy stairs.
