Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was tasty and filling, and restaurants and shops are right outside along the pedestrian path. We stayed in early April 2025. Our room was at the back on the quiet side of the Oasis, so the music was just faintly audible. It was small, with an outdated bathroom, but the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of heat and pressure to rinse off the dune sand. We didn't try the pool, though it looked nice. Be aware that rooms are reached by stairs, which could be awkward with heavy luggage. I couldn't get the hotel's website to load to book directly, so I booked through the Peru Hop Bus Company.

The front desk person was friendly and helpful, and the outdoor area looked pretty and was well cared for. My room was a different story, a bit dated and clearly worn. It also looked like sand had been left in the sheets from the previous guest.

The people here were really friendly, and breakfast was freshly made and included. Curasi hotel in Haucachina looked recently remodeled, felt welcoming, and was very clean. There's a pool, bar, and restaurant on site. Though it's rated 2*, I'd call it a 3. The shower pressure was the one drawback, but at least the water was hot. I would've liked a longer stay and would recommend it.

Away from the hostels' party area, this lovely hotel sits by the edge of the lake. My clean, comfortable room opened straight onto the pool, and breakfast was very nice.

The Wi-Fi kept dropping out and reconnecting, which was my only gripe, and it honestly didn't get in the way of a really pleasant stay. I loved how quiet and comfortable the place was, especially with air conditioning. The bed was comfy, Netflix and Amazon prime worked on the TV, and the pool and breakfast were both lovely. Staff were very accommodating.
