Hotel & Restobar Karaoke Garchetti

The place was absolutely disgusting, and the karaoke was so loud we couldn’t rest. Kids were screaming and playing at the top of their lungs. The curtains were filthy, the wall looked like someone had vomited on it, and mosquitoes got in through an open window. The ceilings were covered in cobwebs, and the sheets were filthy too. I even thought there might be dried snot on them. The worst part was a threadbare towel, not even good enough for a dog. We arrived with a tour group, and the receptionist didn’t greet us. He was incredibly rude. When he saw the group, he rushed to clean the rooms because he was sweaty, grabbed a rag he’d left lying around, which I thought was for cleaning the bar, and wiped his forehead with it. I don’t know if the positive reviews came from the owner’s friends, but my stay was a nightmare.

They’re always attentive and provide very good service. They’ve added a gym now.

There was so much noise from the karaoke bar that I couldn’t rest. It was supposed to run until midnight, but on the day I was there it went on later. The reception desk was covered in dirt and looked like it hadn’t been wiped in weeks. I only stayed one night, and would recommend it just for a stopover. The place needs maintenance.

The atmosphere is nice, and the pool stays open for almost the whole day. They can reserve whichever room you ask for, including triple rooms with a pool view.
